Greg Tilton

Co-CEO

Throughout his 30-year career, Greg Tilton has been a change agent and constant force for profitable growth and organizational development in world-class manufacturing organizations. As co-CEO of ITC, he is responsible for developing, installing, and optimizing millions of dollars of manufacturing equipment to provide unparalleled service and quality to the material handling and mesh welding markets.

Prior to joining ITC, Greg served as CEO of Soundwich Inc., a tier 1 automotive supplier to General Motors, Fiat Chrysler, and Ford. In total, Tilton has 22 years of experience in CEO, COO, and senior VP positions at mid-market manufacturing companies with international supply chains.

Greg earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MBA from Kent State University.

Greg is past president of the board of directors of Manufacturing Works (formerly known as WIRE-Net), a Cleveland-based non-profit economic development organization for which he also served nine years as board member. In his spare time, he is an avid sailor who is a past commodore of Vermilion Boat Club, a 350-member club on the shores of Lake Erie.

AriAnne Berberian

Co-CEO

AriAnne Berberian began her career with ITC Manufacturing more than 20 years ago, starting as receptionist and working her way up to her current role as co-CEO. Over the course of her career, she has held positions in customer service, procurement, and operations. After ITC’s successful addition of their second manufacturing plant in Columbus, Ohio, AriAnne was promoted to COO in 2015. Her duties expanded again when she accepted the role of co-CEO in 2022. Working within the different departments of the organization has given her insight into all facets of the organization and of the wire mesh manufacturing industry.

AriAnne was recognized for her leadership in the material handling industry in 2017, when she was awarded the prestigious Face of Supply Chain award from The Material Handling Industry (MHI). In 2023, she was recognized as a business leader by the Titan 100 Organization, a national program that recognizes the top 100 CEOs and C-level executives that demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision, passion, and influence in their field.

A native of Arizona, AriAnne earned her B.A. in Business while working full time for ITC.
