Light Duty Decking
ITC’s light-duty decking is a superior alternative to or replacement for particle board, with 5-gauge wire construction and 2" x 4" grid pattern that offers superior strength and safety, as well as easier maintenance. Light-duty wire mesh decking from ITC can be used with all boltless, bulk and Z beam-style racks. Customized sizing is available for non-standard racking. For capacity purposes, additional support wires are placed every 12 inches for extra support and rigidity in the application. Flanged channels can also be added for applications requiring extra support.
High-tech automated machines ensure that the flat mesh panels are welded accurately and consistently. After being mechanically formed and transported for additional welding of support channels, the panels are electrostatically powder coated and cured in an infrared convection oven for optimum bonding. Our quality control and testing team ensures that the product meets our exacting standards—and yours—before clearing it to ship.
